Dr. Tripp Puhl, DC, CCSP is a native of south Texas. He graduated from MacArthur High School and from there went to The University of The Incarnate Word on a full scholarship for basketball. While at UIW, Dr. Puhl earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry. In addition to basketball, Dr. Puhl also competed on the golf and baseball teams.
Upon graduating from UIW, Dr. Puhl enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer, Dr. Puhl was able to study under some of the most prominent doctors in chiropractic. Many consider Palmer as the Harvard of the chiropractic schools. He views it as an honor to be a graduate of such prestigious institution.
Dr. Puhl focuses his practice in family wellness care and sports injury management. In addition to his doctorate degree in chiropractic, Dr. Puhl has a post doctorate certification in sports injury care and prevention. This knowledge helps not only with sports injuries, but also with day to day management of patients. Dr. Puhl has also completed several hours of post graduate work in the field of nutrition. Countless patients with various conditions have been helped through the use of proper supplementation. Dr. Puhl and his wife, Kerri, have been married for many joy-filled years. They have two beautiful daughters, Taylor and Peyton and a wonderful son, Andrew. They all enjoy family vacations, recreation and adventure. In his spare time, Dr. Puhl enjoys playing golf, salt water fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
